Selecting Managers

QualGraph helps clarify to yourself and others the personal and professional qualities, skills, knowledge and habits required for the open position and how each candidate fits those requirements. QualGraph can also be used for performance reviews of current key employees, and for revealing shortcomings in skills, capabilities or habits of whole teams.
